WHAT WE OFFER: Member Service Representative $15/hr to Start PAID WEEKLY Preferred Day Shift Hours Work 3-4 days a week / 8am-5pm Benefits after probationary period Upward Mobility Job Duties: Member Service Representative Answer high volume of incoming calls Direct calls to the appropriate department Accept payment and post to customer’s account Tender change and issue receipt Dispatch techs when necessary Assist in other basic office functions as assigned Qualifications are, but not limited to: Able to work 24-32 hours a week Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8-5 Cash handling experience Pass a pre-hire drug screen Reliable transportation Must pass a screening test during interview process at Horizons Office Submit to a background check IND-HTX
