Job Overview:
To ensure correct accounting of inbound and outbound warehouse goods, the Loading and Unloading Technician must carry out various warehouse system activities. Additionally, the Clerk must work alongside warehouse management to manage the flow of inbound and outbound goods, allocating proper resources and ensuring adequate dock management. Documenting all logs, records, and reports meticulously and communicating effectively are other responsibilities of the Clerk.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound loads for warehouses, such as Stock Transport Orders, purchase orders, customer shipments, and deposit loads, can be efficiently managed through the use of warehouse systemsAdjusting, reviewing, and finalizing warehouse reports can play a key role in supporting inbound and outbound logistics, dock management, inventory availability, and yard maintenance, all of which contribute to efficient warehouse operationsCommunicates with warehouse management, relevant departments, and stakeholders to enhance productivity, monitor the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments, regulate delivery schedules, and allocate available resourcesCollects and collates data for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting purposes, consolidating multiple sources of information into comprehensive reportsEnsuring the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and working environment is the foremost goal, coupled with fulfilling other obligations, including building pallets, as required by managementResponsible for completing tasks beyond job description as necessaryProficiency, abilities, and expertise are some of the key components in a person's knowledge, skills, and abilities
