Beacon Point Apartments on the Texarkana Arkansas side is seeing some serious street flooding right now. Heavy rain has water rushing across roadways in the area — fast-moving enough to be dangerous. If you’re in that part of town, do not try to drive through flooded streets. Turn around, don’t drown.
