Job Title: Millwright Supervisor Location: Texarkana, AR Pay: $25/hour + DOE Schedule: Day Shift | 40 hours/week Benefits: Full benefits package available Overview: We are seeking an experienced Millwright Supervisor to lead a team of skilled trades people in a dynamic industrial setting in Texarkana, AR. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing a small crew, ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and structures. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of the crew Plan, assign, and review work to ensure high standards of quality and safety Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Oversee steel erection and the installation of machinery, conveyors, and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Provide training and support to crew members as needed Requirements: Proven experience in industrial maintenance, millwright work, and steel erection Prior supervisory or crew lead experience required Crane work / rigging and equipment operations Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to workplace safety and quality #1125TX-AR
