Position: Production Support Specialist Location: Texarkana, AR Hours: M-F, 8-5 (Full time) Pay: $16.00/hour Benefits: Company offers full benefits (medical, dental and vision) PTO/Vacation available after 1 year, Retirement options available also Position Summary: The Production Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customers and potential customers regarding services provided. The PSS will respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining the utmost quality of professionalism and helpfulness. The PSS will coordinate with multiple departments through each stage of manufacturing including but limited to, preparing all internal paperwork that each department relies on for accuracy in the full production process. Requirements: ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WHILE MAINTAINING A HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, TEAM ORIENTED WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND INQUISITIVE TEMPERAMENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS “PROCEDURE-ORIENTED” WITH AN AFFINITY FOR DETAIL FOR QUALITY CONTROL PURPOSES BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS ABILITY TO LEAD A TEAM TO COMPLETE COMPANY GOALS REMAIN FLEXIBLE ABOUT DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS AS FTL GROWS AND CHANGES Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and effectively within the team to meet the goals of the company Respond to customer inquiries and orders via email or phone Communicate with customers in a helpful manner while gathering the information needed to complete the customer’s order Complete internal paperwork required to advance the customer’s order through production Complete projects assigned by the owner Coordinate with multiple department heads for the accurate and timely print of a customer order Always taking the initiative to ensure the culture and values of First Tape & Label are reached Maintain tidiness of work area, including keeping Computers and printing equipment clean and in good repair Other duties as assigned
