🌧️ TEXARKANA SETS RAINFALL RECORD

June 2026 has just washed away a 50-year-old rainfall record in Texarkana — and we still have a week to go in the month.

The National Weather Service confirms Texarkana has picked up nearly 8 inches of rain so far this month — more than double the June average of 3.11 inches. A Flood Watch remains in effect through Thursday afternoon as already-saturated soils can't take much more.
