Strong to severe storms are moving into the Texarkana area this evening with damaging wind gusts and heavy rain as the main threats. A Flood Watch remains in effect for our area.

Storms will continue pushing southeast into Shreveport-Bossier later tonight — same threats, same message: stay weather aware and have a way to receive severe weather warnings.
