TEXARKANA, Texas — Seven years after two cousins were found shot to death inside a home on the city's north side, the Texarkana Texas Police Department is again asking the public for help identifying who killed them.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of Connella Street at 10:43 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2019. Inside the residence they found Endsley Robinson III, 38, of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Patrice Danielle Williams, 34, of Texarkana, Texas. Both had died of gunshot wounds.
Police said at the time that the two were cousins. Detectives worked the scene through the night, and both bodies were sent to Dallas for autopsies. Investigators were never able to establish a motive.
No one has been arrested in the seven years since.
In a statement renewing the appeal for information, the department said detectives have continued working the case throughout that period — conducting interviews, following up on tips and reviewing the evidence repeatedly — without being able to determine who was responsible.
"Sometimes the smallest detail or a piece of information that may not seem important can make a difference," the department said. "If you know something about this case, we need to hear from you."
Police emphasized that residents who have no direct information can still assist by sharing the department's appeal, in the hope it reaches someone who does.

Crime Stoppers tips that lead to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward.
The department said the families of Williams and Robinson have waited long enough for answers.
This case remains an active, open investigation.
